I regularly work with the media, sharing my story, perspective, and learnings based on my lived experiences.
I don’t work with everyone, and I do have some requests before I choose to share my story with journalists.

How often do you work with the media?
I’ve done TV, Radio, Newspaper and Podcast interviews with local, national and international audiences since 2014.
I’m happy to work with most platforms, although my regional location means I prefer virtual interviews where possible.
Do you have a media kit available?
I have a media kit outlining my story and some of my preferred talking points, which is available upon request.
Please be aware that, due to past experiences in the media, I now work with a media consultant to vet appropriate interviews.
Do you have any requirements?
For media stories, I ask for:
- No photos of my children or Mother to be used.
- The word ‘cut’ is used in reference to the childhood incident.
- Where appropriate, I require a read through before publication.
